Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes we are! The restaurant is accessible from the road via a ramp, and there's plenty of space inside.
We also have accessible toilets.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We do accept walk-ins. However, we always reccommend booking in advance, especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
How can I book for a large party (10+)?
The bigger the party, the better! For parties bigger than 10 people, you can book by emailing us at info@napolinelcuore.co.uk
What allergies and dietary restrictions can you accommodate?
Many of our dishes can be modified to accommodate dietary preferences, such as vegetarian or vegan diets. However, please be aware that we use allergens throughout our kitchen. Because we have an open kitchen, there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
We keep a detailed list of allergens on hand at the restaurant for you to review. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering so our team can take the proper precautions.
What GBA options do you have?
We are happy to offer both gluten-free pizza bases and gluten-free pasta options so you can still enjoy your favorite dishes! However, please note that we regularly use flour and other ingredients containing gluten in our open kitchen. While we do everything in our power to thoroughly sanitize our environment, prep areas, and tools, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot safely cater to guests with a very high intolerance or severe gluten allergy (such as Celiac disease). We want you to have a safe dining experience, so please communicate any and all allergies to your server before ordering so our kitchen team can take the proper precautions.
